I am sad to announce that it is time for this project to come to a close. With my increasing committment to the various organizations with which I am involved, and my transition from student life into a steady career (especially its shift-work nature that can put me at work for 16 hours in a 24-hour period which paralyses me to beyond work hours), I am simply running out of time.
I believe I have inspired many in scientific thinking of the art of weather and tropical cyclone forecasting. I also believe that my posting in the Weather Underground of Hong Kong Forum along with those of other participants there will contribute more than me spending a substantial amount of time on a numerical product.
